Implementation Process

Phases

The AI4Mgmt implementation framework is a structured and systematic approach to help clients successfully adopt and integrate AI4Mgmt products and services into their management processes. The framework consists of five main phases.

Throughout the implementation process, the AI4Mgmt team maintains close communication with the client, providing regular status updates and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. This collaborative approach helps ensure a successful implementation and fosters a strong, long-term partnership between AI4Mgmt and the client.

The estimated duration for the entire AI4Mgmt implementation process, including all five phases (Requirement Analysis, Data Integration, Custom Configuration, Testing & Training, and System Deployment) is 12 weeks. However, it is important to note that the specific duration may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the client's unique needs. Our implementation team will work closely with the client to ensure that the project is completed within the estimated time frame and to their satisfaction.

Governance

The AI4Mgmt implementation framework includes virtual meetings for both the steering committee and project committee, with a frequency of quarterly and monthly, respectively. The meetings have a duration of one hour and involve client and company participant roles.

Reporting Structure

The AI4Mgmt status report is provided in PowerPoint format and includes six sections: Overall Project Status, Risk Management, Schedule, Budget, Deliverables, and Next Steps. The report is essential for keeping the client informed of the project's progress and ensuring transparency throughout the implementation process. The report also includes the project phase statuses and overall project statuses to track progress and update clients in real-time.

The overall project status is represented by the Green, Orange, and Red indicators, which are used to track the project's overall health.

Red

There are significant issues that require immediate action

Orange

There are minor issues that need attention

Green

Project is on track
